Chocolate Box

Our next project is a box made of chocolate called chocolate box with a simple design on top it to make it a little bit interesting. as a design we used a flower made of chocolate called chocolate plastic. 

this is how we made our chocolate box. 

step 1:

melt the chocolate by using double boil technique. after the chocolate completely melt, tempered the chocolate in a tray and let it set for about 15 minutes. 

step 2:

draw a rectangular and square shape on the manila card and cut it according to the shape and set aside. 

step 3:

after the chocolate is set, put manila card on the chocolate and cut it properly according to the shape of the card. 

step 4:

after getting all the part that needed, paste the rectangular part with the square part using a melting chocolate to make it stick to each other and let it set about 2 minutes.

step 5:

after you have form a box, decorate it with a plastic chocolate flower and pipe a melting chocolate to make a design on top of the chocolate box.
